Our commitments
For us, being purpose-driven isn’t about making grand statements or chasing certifications. It’s about everyday actions that really make a difference. We don’t do it for a pat on the back — we do it because it matters to us. If you had to remember just two things beyond any labels: It would be that we are a mission-driven company that values diversity.
OUR MISSION
A mission written into our bylaws
Our mission? “We empower the people behind the machines with smart tools and real autonomy, transforming traditional maintenance into seamless, data‑driven operations.” Everything we build is dedicated to supporting this mission. To learn more about how we do that, learn more about our product suite here. And yes — this mission is officially embedded in our bylaws in France.
OUR CULTURE
Diversity is in our DNA

Building diverse teams isn’t trendy for us — it’s essential. This is because diverse teams that vary in age, background, profession, gender and nationality create healthier workplaces — and deliver better results. We do this by prioritising internal promotions and ensuring that equal opportunity isn’t just a slogan. At WeMaintain, our clients, partners and teams regularly call us out — and that’s a good thing. It forces us to walk the talk.
Accountable to Every Stakeholder
Shared Standards, Real Impact
They use tools like Ecovadis to assess our Corporate Social Responsibility commitments. Even after growing 5× since 2023, we’ve continued to score better every year. We also comply with rigorous ISO standards: - ISO 9001 (Quality) - ISO 14001 (Environment) - ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)

What We’ve Learned
From 2022–2025, WeMaintain was part of the B Corp community. In May 2025, we decided not to renew our certification. Why? We want to channel our energy into concrete, focused actions, not administrative upkeep of a label. This doesn’t weaken our commitment. Read more on why we chose not to renew our certification here!

Commitment has defined WeMaintain from the very beginning. Our founding purpose, putting people first in a rigid industry, remains. Today, we act with coherence, intent, and a listening ear. Challenges and expectations evolve, and that’s a good thing. We don’t aim for perfection, we aim to keep improving, honestly and purposefully.
